The Change Coordinator is responsible for coordinating complex changes with multiple stakeholders, managing deployment/change activities, and maintaining clear communication throughout the change lifecycle. The role requires strong coordination skills to drive successful change implementation while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations and maintaining detailed documentation of all changes. The Change Coordinator also contributes to continuous improvement by tracking metrics, resolving deployment issues, and optimizing change management processes.

What You'll Do:

Regulatory Compliance

  • Prepare Release Notes and ensure compliance in related tasks with all applicable laws and regulations, especially gaming regulations pertaining to change management

Change Coordination

  • Coordinate changes with internal and external parties. Ensure that configuration changes to production environments have been properly prepared (including assessing potential risks) and executed
  • Communicate with Project and Release Management, different teams, and stakeholders to understand the scope and timeline of the project
  • Consolidate tasks into an internal Change team delivery plan. Keep track of actual progress vs. planned progress. Manage changes in the delivery plan
  • Proactively manage the information flow between all stakeholders involved

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive resolution of issues and blockers found during deployments, changes or site setup
  • Ensure metrics related to deployments, changes and site setup are gathered

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, no requirement on the exact field of study
  • 2+ years of work experience either in IT or adjacent field if they have IT education
  • Must hold appropriate licenses in all states that require licensure to authorize and implement changes in production #LI-HYBRID
