- Maintain and audit licensing records, vendor registrations, and compliance documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory readiness.
- Serve as a key escalation point for complex licensing issues, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve documentation gaps and mitigate compliance risks, escalating to the Licensing Compliance Manager as appropriate.
- Act as a subject matter expert and mentor to Licensing Compliance Analysts, providing guidance on complex licensing requirements and regulatory interpretations.
- Lead the development, optimization, and ongoing improvement of licensing schedules, workflows, and tracking systems to support timely and accurate submissions.
- Manage periodic regulatory filings across multiple jurisdictions, including due date tracking, risk identification, and process improvement efforts.

- Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure and scalable systems for managing contracts, legal files, and confidential regulatory communications.
- Lead global employee data collection for licensing portals in partnership with the People team, ensuring data integrity and compliance with jurisdictional standards.
- Own the new-hire licensing process, ensuring compliance requirements are seamlessly integrated into onboarding workflows.
- Identify opportunities to improve departmental processes and present actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring:
- Associate’s Degree in a related field or a Paralegal Certificate. Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 3+ years of gaming licensing compliance experience required, or equivalent gaming regulatory compliance experience.
