Licensing Compliance Analyst

As a Licensing Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for processing licensing applications for officers and employees of RSI in various markets that RSI offers services. You will be responsible for meeting deadlines established by regulatory agencies. This role requires audits and monitoring of the expiration dates for licensing to ensure licenses are always valid and submitted by due dates. You can identify and present to management complex items that arise.
What You'll Do:
- Appropriately advise Compliance team of matters requiring attention.
- Assist with periodic regulatory filings and maintain schedule of due dates and alerts.
- Maintain management systems for contracts, legal files and confidential communications.
- Compose professional and quality written communications, including letters, e-mail and faxes.
- Assist with all aspects of gaming applications, including for company and key applications, gaming licensing process and other regulatory matters.
- Lead the development and optimization of licensing schedules and workflows to ensure timely and accurate submission of officer, occupational, and entity gaming applications. Proactively identify potential bottlenecks and implement solutions to streamline the licensing process across jurisdictions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of filings and provide strategic recommendations for improving the submission process.
- Provide guidance to the Compliance team, proactively identifying and addressing critical compliance risks. Serve as a trusted advisor on regulatory issues, ensuring that the team remains informed and prepared for upcoming regulatory changes..
- Manage the end-to-end process of periodic regulatory filings, including developing automated tracking systems for due dates and alerts. Analyze the effectiveness of current filing schedules and implement improvements to ensure timely, efficient, and compliant submissions.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve management systems for contracts, legal files, and confidential communications. Ensure these systems are optimized for secure access, efficient retrieval, and long-term scalability.
- Take ownership of the gaming licensing process for company and key applications, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Lead initiatives to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the gaming application process, working closely with leadership to address complex regulatory challenges.
- Develop and lead the process for collecting global employee information for the licensing portal, working closely with the People team to ensure data accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Lead the new hire licensing process in partnership with the People team, ensuring that all new hires are compliant with jurisdictional requirements.
What You'll Bring:
- Associate’s Degree in a related field or a Paralegal Certificate. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Comprehensive administrative, paralegal or comparable experience is a plus, but is not required.
- 1+ years of related experience, including at least one full year working for an online gaming operation.
- High level of personal integrity and understanding of necessity to maintain strict confidentiality of information.
- Self-motivated and efficient, with good business judgment and analytical skills.
- Detail oriented and organized with the ability to track multiple items at the same time.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Team player with proven ability to work well with other employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently and takes initiative to improve processes from start to finish.
- Able to travel occasionally both domestically and international
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- PC knowledge and proficient and self-sufficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel and Access applications and familiar with other productivity software packages. #LI-HYBRID

Pay Range
$55,000 - $61,000 USD
