Production Manager

The Production Manager oversees all operational, technical, and logistical aspects of RSI’s televised poker and casino game productions. You’ll manage budgets, schedules, and teams — ensuring productions run seamlessly from concept to delivery. This role requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution, balancing creativity with efficiency in a fast-paced live broadcast environment. You’ll collaborate closely with the Senior Content Manager, Talent, and Technical Operations to bring to life cash-game poker play and casino gaming broadcasts.
What You'll Do:
Production Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage end-to-end production schedules and budgets for poker and casino content.
- Lead coordination between creative, technical, and operational teams to ensure all production elements align with creative intent.
- Oversee live and taped broadcast operations — including camera blocking, set changes, cueing, and show flow.
- Manage technical setups (audio, video, lighting, and data integration) with broadcast engineers and vendors.
- Maintain production documentation, call sheets, and post-show reports.
Team Leadership
- Hire, supervise, and motivate freelance production staff and vendors — fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
- Lead production meetings, clearly communicating objectives, deadlines, and deliverables.
Logistics & Operations
- Coordinate on-site logistics including accommodation, catering, and equipment shipping for remote productions.
- Manage relationships with casinos, poker rooms, and third-party venues.
- Ensure all game materials, props, and player logistics are handled efficiently and discreetly.
Creative & Technical Collaboration
- Work with the Senior Content Manager to ensure the visual and editorial integrity of each production.
- Integrate BetRivers segments into broadcasts.
- Support post-production by managing deliverables, review cycles, and content delivery timelines.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in film/television production or similar experience.
- 3+ years of experience as a Production Manager or Line Producer in broadcast, sports, or entertainment.
- Proven experience managing multi-camera studio or live event productions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in production budgeting and scheduling software
- Clear communication skills and the ability to lead large teams in dynamic environments.
- Experience in poker, casino gaming, or sports broadcasting.
- Technical familiarity with live streaming workflows and broadcast control systems preferred.
- Must be available to travel to casino and studio sites as needed.

Pay Range
$75,000 - $90,000 USD
