Position Purpose

Provide high-quality diagnostics, service, and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role also focuses on identifying system improvements, repairs, and upgrade opportunities that benefit the customer while contributing to company growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues accurately and efficiently.

  • Perform maintenance, repairs, and system service on a variety of HVAC equipment.

  • Educate customers on system performance, repair options, and replacement solutions.

  • Identify and recommend upgrades, indoor air quality solutions, or system replacements when appropriate.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term customer relationships.

  • Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company standards.

  • Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and job site.

  • Accurately document service calls, recommendations, and completed work.

  • Participate in ongoing technical and sales training to stay current with industry best practices.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3+ years HVAC service experience

  • Strong sales ability and customer relationship skills

  • EPA Certification required

  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

  • Clear background check and pre-employment drug screening (including marijuana)

  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and safety procedures

  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently


Pay Structure

Training Pay:
$18 – $25+ per hour during training

After Training:
Performance-Based Pay (Commission Structure)

Annual Earning Potential:
$75,000 – $120,000+

Top-performing technicians with strong service and sales skills have significant earning potential.


Schedule

  • 8–10 hour shifts

  • Monday – Friday

  • Occasional weekend availability as needed

  • Year-round work
