RVi is looking for an ambitious and driven Associate Project Manager to step into a fast-paced, growth-focused role designed as a pathway to Project Manager. This position offers hands-on training, professional development, and increasing responsibility in managing projects, mentoring staff, and building client relationships.

You’ll gain deep exposure to the land development process while supporting project delivery, collaborating with internal teams, and representing RVi with clients. Ideal candidates are eager to learn, lead, and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities

  • Attends scheduling meetings
  • Co-leads project team activities
  • Supports project initiation, research, materials and site furnishing selections, programming, and conceptualization
  • Assists development of project goals and organization
  • Helps prepare consultant agreements
  • Coordinates design presentations
  • Prepares and reviews project correspondence, documentation, and presentation materials that meet project intent, schedule, and budget expectations
  • Leads and coordinates project and client meetings
  • Coordinates and monitors project and client communications
  • Assist with determining timeframes, budgets, staffing, and project schedule.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate and/or Masters Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited Landscape Architecture program
  • 4+ years of design experience with a private-practice landscape architecture firm
  • Landscape Architecture License
  • Technical experience in site planning, conceptual design, construction documentation, and construction administration
