What You'll Do

  • Manage project set-up, billing, and budgets in Deltek Vision/Ajera
  • Guide Project Managers with financial insights and risk analysis
  • Communicate directly with clients on invoicing and financial matters
  • Own revenue recognition, collections, and policy compliance
  • Train teams on best practices to ensure consistency and accuracy

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in a project accounting or controller role
  • Deltek Ajera experience is required, Deltek Vision experience is highly preferred
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Bachelor's in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proactive, independent, and solutions-focused mindset

Pay Range

$70,000 - $90,000 USD
