Job Summary

The Associate, Organizational Effectiveness will support the VP, Organizational Effectiveness in the execution of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational performance, team effectiveness, and executing meaningful change and growth for teams and the company. This role involves hands-on project coordination, data analysis, communication planning, and logistical support for organization-wide change management, technology and organizational initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and passionate about building effective and engaging workplaces.

Responsibilities

  • Organizational Development and Facilitation
    • Assist with preparing materials and logistics for working sessions and workshops.
    • Provide support in the design and documentation of organizational design and performance development tools.
    • Coordinate scheduling, feedback collection, and post-session action tracking.
    • Track metrics and KPIs related to organizational effectiveness efforts.
    • Gather and analyze data to support building options for organizational enhancement proposals.
    • Assist in creating visualizations, summaries, and recommendations to inform leadership decision-making.
  • Change Management & Communications
    • Support the development of communication and training materials (presentations, guides, emails) to drive awareness and adoption of organizational changes.
    • Help adapt change management frameworks and resources for use across departments.
    • Partner with People Team, department heads, and team leads to ensure consistent messaging and smooth rollout of initiatives.

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in consulting support, HR, organizational development, and/or project coordination roles
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with data analysis, and proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with change management and project management principles is a plus.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and collaboration.

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a team member's base salary/rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g. location, years of service, specialty, education, relevant experience).

Bonus eligible. 

Pay Range

$85,000 - $100,000 USD
