Treasury Analyst

ROLE SUMMARY
RXR is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Treasury Analyst to support treasury operations, banking relationships, cash management activities, and treasury controls. Reporting directly to the Treasurer, this role will be responsible for maintaining bank account administration, supporting cash positioning and liquidity activities, overseeing treasury system administration, managing banking documentation, and ensuring adherence to internal controls.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Bank Account Management & Administration
• Maintain the bank account master database.
• Coordinate bank account openings and closures.
• Manage KYC requirements and banking documentation.

Treasury Controls & Governance
• Administer banking platform user access.
• Review internal transfer requests and supporting documentation.
• Support treasury policies and internal controls.

Cash Management & Treasury Operations
• Monitor daily cash balances and banking activity.
• Assist with funding needs and overdraft resolution.
• Escalate recurring treasury issues.

Treasury Systems & Technology
• Support Kyriba administration and treasury systems.
• Coordinate bank connectivity and user administration.
• Perform data validation and reporting checks.

Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain bank statements and treasury records.
• Prepare interest income schedules and treasury reporting.
• Support audits and lender reporting requests.

Vendor Banking Controls
• Maintain vendor banking records.
• Validate wire instructions and payment controls.

Cross-Functional Partnership & Issue Resolution
• Partner with AP, AR, Accounting, and Operations teams.
• Investigate banking exceptions and payment issues.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Card Administration

  • Administer the Company's corporate credit card and purchasing card programs, including card issuance, maintenance, spending limit updates, user access changes, card cancellations, and coordination with banking partners to ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
  • Monitor card program documentation, maintain cardholder records, and assist with resolving card-related issues, fraud alerts, disputed transactions, and account inquiries.
  • Support periodic reviews of cardholder activity and spending limits to ensure adherence to company policies and treasury governance requirements.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of treasury, banking, accounting, or finance experience preferred.
  • Strong Excel proficiency
  • Familiarity with financial systems and banking platforms is a plus.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

The salary range and/or hourly rate listed is a good faith determination of potential base compensation that may be offered to a successful applicant for this position at the time of this job advertisement and may be modified in the future. When determining a team member's base salary/rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g. location, years of service, specialty, education, relevant experience).

Bonus eligible. 

Pay Range

$60,000 - $65,000 USD
