Position Summary:

As a health technology firm, RxSense endeavors to stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics by developing, iterating and commercializing products and services that move the healthcare industry and pharmacy experience forward. To that end, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional to manage strategic relationships and to lead cross-functional projects related to prescription savings and the pharmacy experience.

This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills given the need to work with external partners (PBMs, pharmacies, prescription discount card brands, etc.), as well as with internal stakeholder groups and departments such as executive management, finance, product and technology, marketing, pricing, data analytics and operations, among others.

This role will be dynamic and fast-moving, which means the ideal candidate should be strategic, resourceful, decisive and execution-minded, but also personable and relationship-oriented. This role will report directly to the EVP of Marketing and Partnership Solutions. Must be willing to travel periodically for client meetings, working sessions and pitches. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow strategic partnerships and related products/services
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts, activities and work streams while keeping internal and external parties focused on a common vision and delivering on the roadmap - on time and on budget
  • Responsible for communicating, tracking and delivering on partnership and growth initiative goals
  • Prepare briefings, memos, or presentations to share findings, gain alignment, and communicate progress and results internally and externally
  • Takes leading role in new business activity with prospective clients and partners
  • Serve as a thought partner to partners/clients looking to navigate their own organizations throughout the process of developing, launching, and growing these products and services
  • Lead contracting and negotiation processes in coordination with finance, legal and executive leadership

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in progressive, professional leadership roles, preferably in healthcare and/or retail pharmacy
  • 3+ years leading cross-functional products and projects
  • Experience with organizational strategy as well as Product Management, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Technology, Client Services, and Data/Reporting
  • Experience working with partners/clients – solving client issues, developing business strategies and nurturing relationships
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and an owner’s mindset such that he/she will play a lead, vocal role in internal and external conversations
  • Must be able to bring both internal and external perspective to engagements and “connect the dots” when delivering solutions
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with experience leading and executing strategy, driving progress and delivering results

Salary Range:150,000 - 175,000
