Social Media Manager

Position Overview
RxSense is seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to lead our social media presence across both the RxSense and SingleCare brands on multiple platforms, including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and others. This role will be responsible for crafting compelling content, driving engagement, and managing our online communities while ensuring alignment with our brand voice and business goals.
The position will be based out of our New York office.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Execution: Help develop and implement engaging social media strategies that align with brand objectives for both RxSense and SingleCare.
- Platform Management: Oversee and maintain social media accounts across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.), for both RxSense and SingleCare, ensuring brand consistency.
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and curate high-quality social media posts.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including product launches, awareness initiatives, and more.
- Paid Promotion: Strategize, manage, and optimize paid campaigns to increase visibility, engagement, and conversions across digital platforms.
- Community Engagement: Monitor, engage, and grow our online communities by responding to comments, messages, and conversations.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics, analyze insights, and optimize content strategies based on data.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously test different content formats, posting times, and engagement strategies to improve results.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of social media trends, content formats, industry updates, and emerging platforms to enhance engagement.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, PR, and other teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 + years of experience in social media management, preferably in healthcare, tech, or consumer brands.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for brand voice.
- Experience using social media management tools (e.g., AgoraPulse, Later, Hootsuite, or similar).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Knowledge of paid social strategies and working with ad platforms.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple brand accounts effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail, the ability to meet deadlines, and the capability to work effectively in a corporate team environment.
- Heathcare/PBM experience preferred
Salary Range: 90,000 - 105,000
