Position Overview:

RxSense is an innovative health technology company committed to delivering forward-thinking solutions across the healthcare landscape. We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to help power our marketing engine. In this role, you’ll oversee the systems, data, and processes that drive marketing performance—from campaign execution and lead management to reporting and optimization. You’ll partner closely with marketing, sales, and tech teams to ensure our tools are integrated, our data is clean, and our efforts are measurable. This is a key role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, systems, and execution.

This role reports directly to the VP, Integrated Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Outreach & Campaign Management

  • Execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across email, paid search, and display advertising channels.
  • Define target audiences, segmentation strategies, and campaign goals to drive personalized and impactful outreach.
  • Build, schedule, and launch targeted email campaigns; oversee template creation, versioning, and production workflows for streamlined execution.
  • Plan and execute paid media campaigns across ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives.
  • Conduct A/B testing across email and ad creatives to optimize subject lines, content, design elements, and audience targeting.
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, deliverability, ROI) with a focus on real-time adjustments and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain clean and accurate subscriber and audience lists to support effective targeting and campaign health.

Data & Analytics

  • Analyze campaign and channel performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth for email, paid search, social and other marketing initiatives. 
  • Develop marketing attribution models to tie campaigns to lead conversions and sales outcomes.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track KPIs, ROI, and funnel metrics.
  • Develop and manage marketing automation workflows, lead scoring, and campaign tracking to optimize the lead lifecycle.Support broader business reporting, including QBRs, goal tracking, and team productivity reports.

Marketing Technology & Platform Management

  • Serve as the SME and administrator for the RxSense marketing tech stack, including Salesforce, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn and Contentful.  
  • Manage end-to-end platform integration and ensure alignment between marketing and sales systems.
  • Oversee user access, training, license management, and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure proper website tagging and analytics implementation to enable robust tracking and insights.
  • Own marketing project processes and workflows via Google & Asana, including intake, task management, and process optimization.Partner with the sales team to boost engagement and optimize usage of sales tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn and ZoomInfo.
  • Website content manager, responsible for updating and maintaining site content in alignment with marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience with marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (Salesforce, Contentful), and digital ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform data into strategic, actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated success managing MarTech tools and marketing systems end-to-end.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
  • Experience with Asana or similar project management platforms.
  • Familiarity with SQL or business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) preferred.
  • Experience with website CMS platforms and working knowledge of HTML/CSS/Contentful preferred.

Salary Range: 90,000 - 120,000
