  • Collect and share field feedback to shape messaging, RFP responses, sales strategies, and go-to-market approach.

Competitive Intelligence & Market Insights

  • Track and analyze competitor offerings, pricing strategies, partnerships, go-to-market strategies and market activity across the PBM and healthcare space.
  • Monitor industry development and trends that impact client needs or buyer dynamics.
  • Identify areas where RxSense can differentiate, innovate, or lead emerging conversations.
  • Manage competitive intelligence efforts, including oversight of external consultants and third-party research engagements.

Sales & Marketing Alignment

  • Partner with Sales to bring market insights into sales cycles and opportunity strategy.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to refine value propositions, messaging, and content for external audiences.
  • Support development of strategic messaging and positioning that aligns with buyer priorities, competitive dynamics, and market trends.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, PBM, health tech, or benefits consulting.
  • Experience working with or directly within national consulting firms (e.g., PSG, Mercer, Aon, Lockton, WTW) required.
  • Sales, account management, or business development experience strongly preferred, particularly in complex B2B or healthcare environments.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmacy benefit ecosystem and consultant/broker influence in the buying process.
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to translate market and competitor intelligence into strategy and action.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
