Position Summary

The Manager, Digital Marketing Operations, keeps SingleCare’s consumer communications running with precision. This role manages CRM operations across email and SMS, runs the creative development process that moves campaigns from brief to launch, and schedules the social calendar. It connects the teams, tools, and vendors behind every message our members and prospects receive, and it looks for smarter ways to do that work.

You will build, schedule, and monitor campaigns in Braze and Twilio, manage our email and SMS vendors, and turn performance data into recommendations that improve results. You will also support the Digital team (SMS, App Install, and Paid Social) with coordination that keeps work moving. We want a coordinator who is curious about AI and willing to put it to work, using it to streamline processes, speed up workflows, and improve campaign outcomes. This is a hands-on role with regular collaboration across Brand, Creative, Analytics, and Performance Marketing.

Key responsibilities

CRM operations

  • Build, schedule, and monitor email and SMS campaigns in Braze and Twilio and manage the technical setup of our marketing automation and CRM systems.
  • Manage email and SMS vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance, and cost.
  • Track and report email and SMS performance to identify opportunities to influence member behavior and increase lifetime value.
  • Protect data quality in the marketing database and maintain consistent design and brand standards across all workflows, working with the Brand team.

Creative development process

  • Manage the creative development process from request to launch, including briefs, timelines, reviews, and approvals. Creative teams and partners create the work; you keep it organized and moving.
  • Maintain a clear intake and prioritization system so every team knows what is in progress, who owns it, and when it is due.

Social media scheduling

  • Schedule and manage social campaigns in Hootsuite and Later, coordinating with Brand, Content, and Creative to confirm copy, assets, and approvals are ready ahead of publishing.
  • Maintain the social content calendar and report on publishing performance.

Digital team support

  • Provide coordinator support to the Digital team (SMS, App Install, and Paid Social), including campaign setup, asset tracking, trafficking, and reporting.

Process improvement

  • Review current CRM, creative, and social workflows, and partner with RxSense internal AI resources to automate repeatable steps and improve speed and accuracy.
  • Test AI tools for tasks such as campaign QA, reporting summaries, copy and subject line variations, and creative briefs, and share what works so the whole team benefits.
  • Use performance data and AI assisted analysis to improve segmentation, timing, and messaging in email and SMS.
  • Apply a test and learn approach to campaigns, document results, and share learnings with the team.

What success looks like

  • Email and SMS programs that launch on schedule, on brand, and with clean data.
  • A creative development process with clear briefs, owners, deadlines, and approvals, so creative teams spend their time creating.
  • A reliable social publishing calendar in Hootsuite and Later, with campaigns scheduled ahead of launch.
  • Regular performance reporting from Braze and Twilio that shows what is working and what to test next.
  • Vendor partners that deliver on time and on budget.
  • Digital team coordination that moves faster because requests, assets, and approvals are organized.
  • At least one AI enabled improvement adopted into daily workflows, with measured gains in time saved or campaign results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with a background in email and SMS marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, ESP, and SMS tools. Braze and Twilio strongly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for building email campaigns.
  • Experience managing workflows, timelines, and approvals across creative and cross functional teams, ideally with a project management tool such as Asana.
  • Experience with social scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Later preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, including Excel, with experience in reporting and data analysis. Tableau preferred.
  • Experience managing vendors and budgets.
  • A curious, hands-on approach to AI and automation, with willingness to learn new tools and change how work gets done.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment and balance competing priorities.
