Role Overview
A Growth Manager at RZR drives revenue retention and growth by identifying and executing the highest-impact opportunities across an assigned portfolio of business through growth and product adoption. For this role, you will be the first dedicated Growth Manager in Turkey — owning the market from day one, building in-person client relationships in the local language, and shaping how RZR scales in one of EMEA's most important growth markets.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Retention & Growth
- Drive net growth to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Identify and sell growth opportunities while managing risks
- Drive expansion, product adoption, and churn prevention or reactivation
- Support long-term revenue by identifying customer needs and gaps
Client Ownership & Strategy
- Lead account retention and growth plans
- Build strong client relationships at all levels
- Use QBRs to drive progress and deepen connection with key stakeholders
- Simplify complex product and technical concepts for clients
- Drive product adoption by communicating product and market changes
Campaign Management & Performance Insights
- Work closely with teams to launch, execute, and optimise campaigns per client goals
- Monitor account health, set up reports, and identify performance issues
- Deliver actionable insights tied to business impact
Operational Excellence
- Keep accurate forecasting, CRM, documentation, and reporting
- Ensure timely invoicing and financial alignment
- Report timely and accurately to regional EMEA and global leadership
Required Skills and Experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Mobile Advertising, including at least 3 years in a client-facing growth or account management role
- Knowledge of the programmatic advertising ecosystem
- Familiarity with the Turkish market and established relationships with key advertisers in Turkey are a significant advantage
- Proven ability in high-touch relationship building, managing client visits, and accurately assessing the frequency of in-person meetings
- Fluent in English and Turkish
- Willingness to travel regularly and meet clients and team members in person
- Strong communication skills to engage clients and build trust
- Demonstrated ownership and commitment to continuous personal and professional growth
