Role Overview

RZR is looking for a Senior Growth Manager to own a portfolio of strategic accounts within our China growth team. In this role, you will drive revenue retention and growth by identifying and executing the highest-impact opportunities across your book of business — building C-level client relationships, developing vertical-specific growth plans, and ensuring every account has a clear, measurable path forward.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to your clients and a key cross-functional partner internally — working alongside Sales, Analytics, and Product to execute growth strategies with precision and remove blockers before they become problems. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who combines strategic thinking with operational discipline and thrives owning outcomes end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Retention & Growth

  • Drive sustainable revenue by growing strategic accounts, preventing churn, and uncovering upsell and cross-sell opportunities that result in long-term portfolio growth
  • Identify and incubate high-potential accounts for elevation to key account status
  • Maintain rigorous forecast discipline and pipeline management to support revenue predictability

Client Ownership & Strategy

  • Own end-to-end account strategy across three pillars: relationship mapping and development, upsell and cross-sell execution, and short- and long-term revenue growth plans
  • Build and maintain C-level and executive-level relationships that generate strategic wins and deepen client commitment to RZR's platform
  • Lead QBRs and strategic reviews that tie platform performance to client business outcomes
  • Drive product adoption proactively by communicating platform updates, new capabilities, and market shifts that are relevant to each client

Campaign Management & Performance Insights

  • Ensure campaigns operate seamlessly and optimise effectively through close collaboration with Analytics and Product teams
  • Deliver performance insights that connect campaign results to real business impact — not just platform metrics

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Operational Excellence

  • Work closely with Sales, Analytics, AdOps, and Product to resolve issues, execute seamlessly, and deliver a consistent, high-value client experience
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and reporting to support leadership visibility and reliable account management

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5–8 years in digital advertising, with a focus on mobile Ad-Tech in account management or client success roles
  • Proven track record driving growth across a portfolio of strategic accounts, including experience building C-level client relationships
  • Ability to adapt and drive growth-focused initiatives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
  • Outstanding client communication skills with a track record of building trusted, long-term relationships across all organisational levels
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable using data dashboards (Holistics, Looker, Tableau, or similar) to drive decisions and client recommendations
  • Excellent problem-solving and logical thinking skills with a creative, out-of-the-box approach to challenges
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — able to align multiple internal stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and programmatic advertising technology is a plus
  • Demonstrated ownership mindset and passion for continuous growth and impact
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
