Senior Product Marketing Manager - Bangalore
Who Are We?
RZR is an AI-native advertising platform built for the next era of performance marketing. We operate at the intersection of machine learning, programmatic media, and full-funnel mobile growth, powering campaigns for some of the world's most ambitious advertisers. Our platform is purpose-built to deliver outcomes at scale, not just impressions.
We are a team of builders, operators, and technologists who believe the advertising industry is overdue for a fundamental rethink. We move fast, operate with a high degree of ownership, and hold ourselves to an exceptionally high standard of craft.
RZR is scaling aggressively with an active M&A pipeline and a platform vision that puts us on a path to becoming an industry leader. This is a rare opportunity to join a company at an inflection point and help shape what it becomes.
Role Overview
As RZR's first Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will build the product marketing function from the ground up. You will own positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and content marketing across RZR's platform — bringing a consistent, differentiated story to buyers across mobile gaming, performance advertising, and connected TV.
You will report directly to the Senior Director of Go-to-Market and Product Marketing and work closely with Product, Sales, and Brand. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role with direct accountability for commercial outcomes: sourced and influenced pipeline, sales readiness, and RZR's market positioning.
Your first major milestone is January SKO — you will own the agenda, revenue-enablement sessions, complete sales library, and certification kickoff. From there, you will operate on a quarterly cadence: aligning on three management-approved storylines, then executing the content strategy, campaign plan, and editorial calendar that bring them to market.
Key Responsibilities
Positioning & Messaging
- Complete the positioning overhaul and roll it out across the website, sales decks, one-pagers, and case studies — adapted by priority ICP and region, with validated product claims.
- Own launch plans and product playbooks across RZR's offerings; adapt messaging for direct growth teams and agency buyers.
Sales Enablement
- Stand up and maintain a sales enablement library covering customer-facing proof, internal playbooks, competitive battlecards, and objection-handling guidance — with owners, version control, and review cycles.
- Build the sales certification program, SKO agenda, and enablement sessions; assess Sales during and after SKO and drive targeted coaching on identified gaps.
Content Marketing
- Co-develop three management-aligned quarterly storylines and translate them into a content strategy, campaign plan, and editorial calendar.
- Produce recurring webinars, blog articles, quarterly data reports, practical guides, case studies, and expert interviews.
- Coordinate email and social distribution with the Brand team through a shared content, PMM, and events calendar.
Measurement & Reporting
- Establish reporting on sourced and influenced opportunities and named-account engagement; agree definitions, attribution rules, and targets with revenue operations within your first 30 days.
- Report monthly on pipeline value, distinct influenced opportunities, and the share of named accounts engaging with content — keeping sourced and influenced cohorts separate.
Required Skills and Experience
- 4–6 years of relevant adtech experience, with senior-level ownership of product marketing programs and delivery with limited ongoing direction.
- Demonstrated positioning judgment and personally authored English-language copy across product pages, one-pagers, case studies, and substantial thought leadership.
- Fluency in user acquisition, retargeting, and advertising performance metrics; ability to adapt messaging for advanced gaming teams and less technical agency or brand buyers.
- Evidence of building repeatable enablement and content programs — turning SME and customer insight into accurate, commercial content — and measuring outcomes.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills; proven ability to work independently with Product, Sales, and Brand to resolve dependencies and ship on schedule.
The RZR Code
Our Values
Our values define the company we want to be. They guide the decisions we make, the environment we create, and how we treat customers and each other.
- Win with Customers: We don't call it a win unless our clients win too. We earn long-term trust by putting their success at the center.
- One Team: No team wins when the company loses. We optimize for the company, not our function.
- Challenge with Respect: We say what we think and challenge ideas regardless of title. We are direct without being disrespectful.
- Learn Forward: Thoughtful experiments can fail; failing to learn from them cannot. Share what you learn.
Our Competencies
Our competencies define what we expect from each of us. They describe the behaviors and capabilities we demonstrate in our day-to-day work.
- Extreme Ownership: Own the outcome end to end, including problems you didn't create.
- Courage: Speak up, make hard calls, and take thoughtful risks.
- Move Fast: Act with urgency and decide with the information available.
- Curiosity: Ask why, look for better ways, and keep learning.
- Drive for Excellence: Set a high bar for quality and keep raising it.
