About the Role
SaaS Academy is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Junior Talent Sourcer (LATAM) to support our Talent Acquisition team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone based in Latin America who is eager to grow their career in recruitment and wants hands-on experience in sourcing talent for a fast-paced, high-growth tech company. You’ll work closely with our Recruiting Coordinator and Talent Lead to build outbound pipelines, manage candidate data, and ensure an exceptional experience for potential hires.
This is a remote, full-time role with clear growth pathways, training support, and opportunities to expand your impact within the team.
Responsibilities & Success Metrics

Outbound Candidate Sourcing (60%)
Research and identify potential candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, AngelList, and job boards. Use our outbound messaging templates to engage talent, and maintain accurate tracking in our systems.
- Success Metrics: # of quality candidates sourced weekly, # of candidates added to the pipeline, response rate to outreach messages.

Pipeline Support & Data Entry (20%)
Assist in maintaining accurate candidate records within our ATS (Greenhouse) and internal spreadsheets. Flag promising profiles for recruiter review and support lead generation efforts.
- Success Metrics: Clean, complete candidate profiles and timely updates across all systems.

Admin & Research Tasks (15%)
Support ad-hoc research tasks such as competitive benchmarking, list building for niche roles, and organizing candidate data. Assist with updating our Notion pages with sourcing-related insights.
- Success Metrics: Timely completion of admin tasks and clean, organized sourcing documentation.
Required Experience and Skills
- Based in LATAM with a stable internet connection and ability to work within North American time zones.
- 6 months–1 year of professional experience in sourcing
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using tools like LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and Notion.
- Proficiency in English (C1 or C2): You should be comfortable communicating fluently in English while working with a global team and diverse guests.
- Proactive communicator who isn’t afraid to ask questions and take initiative.
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Interest in SaaS, recruitment, and the startup ecosystem.
- Bonus: Familiarity with Greenhouse, Slack, or other recruiting tools
