Internal Communications & Events Coordinator

The Internal Communications & Events Coordinator will play a pivotal role in strengthening how we inform, inspire, and connect our teams. You will oversee Saatva’s core internal communication channels—including the intranet, newsletters, and companywide announcements—to ensure our messages reach the right people with clarity and impact. Beyond communications, you will support corporate events and engagement initiatives that foster connection and enhance Saatva’s presence in local markets.
What You’ll Do

Drive alignment and engagement: Implement internal communications strategies to ensure all employees are informed and inspired, measuring success through engagement surveys and intranet participation.

Strengthen communication impact: Oversee key internal channels (intranet, newsletters) to achieve increases in readership and overall content engagement.

Amplify our culture and values: Partner cross-functionally with HR and various departments to identify and share compelling employee stories that bring Saatva’s guiding principles to life.

Expand brand reach: Collaborate with Social Media and Corporate Communications to grow and measure Saatva’s Employee Advocacy Program.

Elevate brand presence through events: Support and execute corporate and community events, managing everything from planning and logistics to post-event storytelling.

Foster connection and belonging: Develop engagement initiatives that strengthen cross-team collaboration and reinforce a sense of community.
What You’ll Bring
-
1–3 years of relevant experience in a communications or writing-related role (internships or co-op experience welcomed).

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong writing and communication skills with a deep understanding of messaging, positioning, and stakeholder needs.

Facility with technology, including content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.

Excellent program management skills and a proven track record of working effectively across teams in a fast-paced environment.

A creative, proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Schedule & Location
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week. To effectively collaborate with our internal teams and capture the essence of our brand, this role is 100% on-site, 5 days a week, based in one of Saatva’s Viewing Rooms.

Salary Range: $24.00 – $28.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Final compensation will be determined in accordance with applicable state and local laws.
