Your Mission
We are searching for a self-motivated and outgoing Business Development Manager to assist our organization in driving demand generation and supporting marketing, operations and campaigns.
The ideal candidate for this role should have superior organizational skills, excellent multi-tasking skills, superb interpersonal skills, and a knack for creativity. The exceptional business development manager should deliver a remarkable customer prospecting experience for our marketing qualified leads and target accounts, enhance our organization's image, aid business growth, and deliver pipeline that meets objectives and exceeds expectations.
Main responsibilities:
Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
Contact and qualify potential customers
Set appointments and follow up on leads via email cadences, phone calls, LinkedIn Inmail, etc.
Track progress towards meeting sales goals
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
Potentially attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.

Get creative with your sales strategy. You are in the driver seat to earn more commission. Use your time to set sequences, InMail, phone calls and emails. The more leads you convert into pipeline, the more you can earn.
Build your own dashboards and reports to showcase your work.
We want hungry sellers who are eager to follow up with every potential deal.
Additional responsibilities:
Deliver NorAm marketing support as needed by NorAm marketing teams
Followup on inbound leads via email, phone, or form fills
Followup on marketing leads via live or virtual event lists
Work target account lists received from Google, Insight and SADA
Convert MQLs to SQLs via all outbound strategies, tracking in CRM systems for marketing and BDR attribution.
Work with Marketing Managers to collaborate on email sequences/copy, followup strategies and conversion techniques
Be motivated and driven by sales incentives. The harder you work the more you can earn.
Create a feedback loop for marketing to understand loss/disqualification reasoning for better conversion quality
Develop relationships with outside sellers for optimal SQL handoff to opportunity
Potentially create opportunities in Google and SADA CRM systems.
Manage marketing attribution requirements for tracking

Training - Onboarding orientation followed by a brief internal onboarding schedule. Details of the timeline can be shared.
Job Requirements
Required Qualifications:
2+ years inside or outside sales experience
Strong technical knowledge. Google Cloud and Google Workspace a plus, but not required
Strong organizational skills
Project management experience
Meticulous attention to detail
Multi-tasker with a strong work ethic
Superior interpersonal skills
Creativity
Expert communication skills
Should have an understanding of shipping and logistics
Useful Qualifications:
Degree in business or technology
Experience with digital or live events is a plus
Knowledge of the Cloud industry is a plus
