Front End Next.JS/ React Developer
Responsibilities:
As a Frontend Developer on this project, you will be instrumental in developing and deploying a robust and intuitive user interface. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting in the design and implementation of core features for the automated application screening and intelligent scoring system, focusing on the user-facing application.

Collaborating closely with the TA team, product managers, and backend developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions and a seamless user experience.

Developing high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code using Next.js and React within an agile development environment.

Implementing responsive and accessible user interfaces.

Assisting with integrating the new system with existing platforms, including Greenhouse ATS.

Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers.

Troubleshooting and debugging issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of the application.

Contributing to technical documentation and best practices.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

3-5 years of experience in frontend development, with a strong understanding of modern JavaScript, Next.js, and React.

Solid experience with React frameworks (e.g., Next.js, Create React App).
-
Proficiency in designing and developing responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
-
Good understanding of consuming RESTful APIs.

Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand) is highly desirable.

Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.

Familiarity with backend technologies is beneficial but not required.

Demonstrated ability to write clean, testable, and efficient code.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
