
Software Engineer - Frontend
Your Mission
As a Software Engineer - Frontend, your mission is to build cloud-native, user-focused web applications that drive efficiency and solve critical business challenges. You'll create responsive, high-performance interfaces with a focus on usability, working closely with design and backend teams to bring intuitive, pixel-perfect experiences to life.
In this role, you'll develop applications that span web, mobile, and edge platforms, leveraging the latest in frontend technology and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). At SADA, you'll support a wide range of clients across industries—gaining exposure to diverse use cases and rapidly expanding your skill set in a fast-paced, solutions-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to projects at all stages from early discovery and architecture to full end-to-end application development and technical consulting for customers
- Effectively manage your time across 1–2 concurrent projects, working within teams that vary in size and scope
- Work closely with solution architects, project managers, and UX/UI designers to define and deliver high-quality user experiences
- Build reusable tools, processes, and solutions that drive efficiency and scalability for both SADA and its clients

Expectations
Required Travel - Limited (<5%) travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events.
Customer Facing - You will interact with customers regularly, sometimes daily, other times weekly/bi-weekly. Common touchpoints occur when qualifying potential opportunities, at project kickoff, throughout the engagement as progress is communicated, and at project close. You can expect to interact with a range of customer stakeholders, including engineers, technical project managers, and executives.
Onboarding/Training - The first several weeks of onboarding are dedicated to learning and will encompass learning materials/assignments and compliance training, as well as meetings with relevant individuals. Details of the timeline are shared closer to the start date.
Job Requirements
Required Credentials:
- 3+ years of experience with front end development using one of the frontend frameworks: React or Angular
Required Qualifications:
- Expertise in React/Angular and modern Javascript/Typescript.
- Experience with CSS and have worked with Tailwind css.
- Familiarity with the following frameworks: ReactJS/Redux, Angular 18.
- Familiarity with the testing frameworks: React testing library, jest, mocha or karma.
- Familiarity with integrating Storybook
- Extensive experience writing unit, integration, and acceptance tests.
- Familiarity with D3.js
- Comfortable writing frontend unit tests.
Useful Qualifications:
- Familiarity with server-side web technologies such as REST APIs and Node.js.
- Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux/Rxjs
- Experience using Google Cloud Platform, in particular serverless (Cloud Functions), containers (Cloud Run, Kubernetes), and platforms (App Engine)
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
- A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred
