About the Role
Our Vision AI platform turns existing camera infrastructure into real-time operational intelligence for large enterprises such as live venues, commercial real estate (CRE), theme parks, logistics environments, and smart infrastructure.
As Safari AI expands beyond founder-led sales, we are building a Strategic Partnerships function to accelerate distribution through the ecosystems already embedded in these environments.
This role will focus on forming partnerships with organizations that shape how modern venues and infrastructure are designed, built, operated, and improved — including video management systems, camera and server OEMs, infrastructure integrators and installers, ticketing platforms, and peer smart infrastructure providers.
In addition, professional firm partners such as consulting firms, private equity and infrastructure investors, and architecture, design, and engineering firms are also within scope.
These partnerships create leverage for Safari AI by enabling:
• Easier deployments through integrations
• Access to existing enterprise distribution channels
• Stronger joint value propositions for clients
• Influence earlier in design, investment, and transformation decisions
This role will work closely with the co-founders to build Safari AI’s global partnership ecosystem.
What you will be working on a weekly basis
Building the partnership ecosystem
Identify and develop strategic relationships with organizations across the infrastructure and professional services ecosystem, including:
• Video Management Systems
• Camera manufacturers
• System integrators and infrastructure installers
• Ticketing and venue commerce platforms
• Smart infrastructure providers
• Venue operators and ecosystem leaders
• Consulting and professional services firms
• Private equity and infrastructure investors
• Architecture, engineering, and design firms
Create Distribution Through Partners
Develop partnerships that unlock access to large enterprise customers through:
• Joint go-to-market motions
• Technology integrations
• Referral pipelines
• Ecosystem co-selling
• Strategic introductions into owner, operator, and investor networks
Develop Strategic Integrations
Work with Safari AI product and engineering teams to identify opportunities for integrations that reduce deployment friction and increase product value.
Examples include:
• VMS integrations
• Infrastructure platform integrations
• Venue, resort, and CRE operations platforms
• Data partnerships that strengthen ROI, planning, and operating workflows
Build Partnership Playbooks
Develop repeatable frameworks for:
• Partner onboarding
• Integration opportunities
• Co-marketing initiatives
• Joint sales strategies
• Referral and channel motions across technical and professional partners
Expand Safari AI’s Presence in Infrastructure Ecosystems
Cultivate relationships with influential organizations across the venue technology and professional services ecosystem including:
• Infrastructure operators
• Sports and entertainment venue groups
• Airport technology providers
• System integrators
• Consultants advising venue and infrastructure clients
• Investors and owners of large venue and infrastructure assets
Shape Early-Stage Influence Channels
Build relationships with firms that influence capital allocation, infrastructure design, operational transformation, and technology selection before an end customer formally enters a buying process.
Examples include:
• Consulting firms advising operators on transformation
• Private equity and infrastructure funds improving portfolio assets
• Architecture and engineering firms shaping venue design and camera placement
Requirements for the Role
• 4+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, alliances, or ecosystem development
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology and services ecosystems
• Experience building with AI-first processes; this will be the first question we ask you
• Experience working with system integrators, infrastructure technology, enterprise software platforms, or professional services firms
• Ability to identify partnership opportunities that create mutual value
• Comfortable working with technical teams on integrations and platform strategy
• Comfortable engaging non-technical stakeholders such as consultants, investors, designers, and operators
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in an early-stage startup environment
• Strong communicator capable of engaging senior executives across partner organizations
• Willingness to travel frequently
