We are seeking a Talent Coordinator to join our People Team in Tel Aviv and support our Talent Operations worldwide.

Are you passionate about connecting talent with opportunity? As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will work with our global People team to ensure a smooth, high-impact candidate experience from application to onboarding.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of startups, isn’t afraid to take on new challenges, and can pivot between projects as we grow. You will be part of a dynamic, supportive People Team, making a real impact.

🚀 The Impact You Will Have

Champion the Candidate Journey
Ensure a smooth and thoughtful experience from application to offer. You'll be a trusted point of contact for candidates, keeping communication timely, clear, and human throughout the entire hiring process.

Handle End-to-End Global Interview Coordination
Manage complex, high-volume interview scheduling across time zones and regions, ensuring a seamless process that prioritizes both candidate experience and team efficiency

Maintain Our Recruiting Systems
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of Greenhouse, our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), helping us stay compliant and data-informed with up-to-date metrics and actionable insights.

Jump In on Special Projects
Partner on recruiting initiatives that improve how we hire, from process enhancements to documentation and internal projects that make a lasting impact.

Confident Managing Complex Schedules
You’re comfortable coordinating interviews across global teams and time zones, navigating last-minute changes, and keeping things running smoothly without losing your cool. You understand the importance of balancing candidate experience with internal team needs.

Strong Organizational Skills
You’re detail-oriented and reliable when it comes to managing scheduling, follow-ups, and multiple moving pieces—especially across time zones.

Clear and Friendly Communicator
You’re approachable, responsive, and know how to keep candidates and teammates informed and supported throughout the hiring process.

Comfortable with Tools & Systems
You’ve worked with spreadsheets and calendars, and ideally have some exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other recruiting tools. You're eager to learn and improve how things are done.
