SafeBreach is seeking an Office & Employee Experience Specialist to own day-to-day office administration and employee experience operations in a fast-paced, hi-tech environment.
In this role, you will oversee office appearance and maintenance, manage vendors and suppliers, support global employee experience initiatives, coordinate company events and handle travel and meeting logistics. Success in this position requires strong people skills, excellent Hebrew and English communication, technological savvy, and the ability to work independently with high accuracy, discretion, and prioritization.

๐ The Impact You Will Have
- Responsible for office administration and all daily operations.
- Office appearance and maintenance โ purchasing supplies, managing office's refreshments, working with professionals (electricians, plumbers etc. when needed)
- Support global employee experience activities โ happy hours, company events, swag and gifts.
- Manage and maintain the company's holiday calendar, ensuring all global offices are aligned on local and international observances.
- Lead internal communications for holidays and special celebrations โ crafting announcements, coordinating gifts or events, and ensuring every team member feels seen and included across cultures and time zones.
- Work with suppliers โ accounting firms, lawyers, insurance agents.
- Independent correspondence in English, scheduling meetings, and follow-ups.
- Work closely with an outsourced accountant on holidays and expenses, and invoices monitoring.
- Coordination of business meetings and flights โ registration to conferences, and hotels.

- Academic degree - a must
- Excellent communication skills โ Hebrew and English (written & verbal).
- Experience in a high tech company
- Technological savvy
- Ability to work independently, proactive, and set priorities.
- Ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure, at a high pace.
- Very high level of commitment, dedication, and discreetness.
- Experience in an office management role - an advantage
