Rescue Technician - Confined Space/Rope Rescue

The Rescue Technician position will be assisting on a long-term semi conductor project in Austin Metro Area. Must be local to the Austin, TX Metro area, have at least 5 years of experience, and are available to start immediately. 

Duties include but not limited to:

Providing technical rescue standby services for customer projects, including confined space and technical rope rescue, as well as first aid and CPR. Responsibilities include assessing risks, preparing rescue equipment, and planning practical and effective safety solutions in compliance with client standards. In the event of an accident, the technician will locate the patient, assess injuries, package the patient for extrication, perform the rescue, and hand over the patient to EMS for medical attention and transport.

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 5 years Confined space and technical rope rescue experience
• Local to Austin Metro Area, as there is no per diem offered 
• Ability to start immediately
• Ability to work 6 10's 
• Effective Communication
