Internship Opportunity

 

Experience your next internship with Sagard Real Estate in Denver, Colorado. Our summer internship program is an in-person, full-time program that runs from June to August*. 

 

Application Period: November 21 to December 13, 2024

Scheduled Interviews: January – February 2025

 

Students will be exposed to the following:

 

  • Asset Management – Assist with underwriting leases, lease negotiations, financial analysis, and asset valuations
  • Investor Relations – Provide support with investor requests, marketing presentation materials, and data analysis
  • Finance – Assist with financial modeling and fund tracking activities
  • Business Projects – Assist with special projects in support of business operations within Acquisitions, Development, Portfolio Management, etc.

 

Background Requirements

 

  • Current and active undergraduate junior, senior, or graduate level students
  • Experience demonstrating self-motivation with a creative mindset
  • Real estate or Finance related coursework
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Meet Application Deadline: December 13, 2024

Starting Hourly Range

$25.00 to $35.00 Per Hour

 

*Interns are responsible for their transportation and housing. Commuter benefits are available.

 

The starting hourly range is an estimate, based on potential intern qualifications, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. Actual hourly rates will vary and may be above or below the stated range based on various factors including, among other factors, location, education and training, experience, and performance. A potential new intern’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions. This information is provided in connection with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, and similar positions located outside of Colorado may or may not necessarily receive the same compensation.
