What to Expect

Crafting espresso drinks and beverages to recipe standards
Providing warm, attentive service to all guests
Supporting day-to-day operations: register, restocking, cleaning, and prep
Working with a team to maintain a calm and well-run café environment
Minimum of 15 hours per week required; weekend availability preferred

Compensation

Average of $20/hour with tips, based on current team earnings
