What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and chop vegetables, fruits, and proteins with consistency and care.
• Measure and mix ingredients to support daily menus and specials.
• Assist chefs with cooking and plating as needed.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization in the kitchen.
• Bring an attention to detail to every task, helping us deliver a polished, upscale café experience.
• Support inventory and restocking to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Pitch in wherever needed to support the team, including dishwashing.

What Qualifications You Need

• No professional kitchen experience required — we’ll train the right person.
• Dependability, a strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn are essential.
• Ability to stay focused and efficient in a lively, fast-paced kitchen.
