Entry-Level Mortgage Sales Training Program | Sage Home Loans Corporation

Sage Home Loans Corporation is looking for Associates to join the Sage Academy, which hosts a training program for candidates looking to become a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO). This position is for someone looking to join a best-in-class, comprehensive training program designed to assist you in learning the skills needed and complete the Federal and State requirements to become a Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer. As an Associate Loan Officer in the Sage Academy, you will participate in classroom education to gain an understanding of the mortgage industry, begin to work on the necessary customer communication skills to be successful and have the opportunity to take the National SAFE Exam, required to be a licensed MLO.

This role is required to operate out of our Fort Mill, SC office on a hybrid schedule (Tuesday through Thursday in office).  

What You’ll Do: 

  • Spend time in a classroom education setting designed to learn the mortgage industry and the tools needed to be successful 
  • Take the required pre-licensing education required to take the SAFE exam 
  • Become proficient with the internal systems and processes used at Sage Home Loans 
  • Practice customer service and communication skills in anticipation of becoming a licensed MLO
