2027 Summer Intern | Sage Home Loans

Sage Home Loans is looking for driven, curious rising seniors to join our Summer 2027 Internships. Over 10 weeks, you'll get hands-on exposure to real projects from week one, dedicated mentorship from experienced Sage teammates and leaders, and a front-row seat to how a fast-growing digital mortgage company operates. You'll join a cohort of fellow interns based in the Charlotte area, with engagement events and social impact opportunities built into the summer alongside your team's day-to-day work.

What You’ll Do:

• Join a cohort of interns and get hands-on exposure to your team's day-to-day work from week one.
• Receive dedicated mentorship and coaching from experienced Sage teammates and leaders.
• Partner on real projects and business problems that make an impact on the team you join.
• Build your skills through structured onboarding, training, and ongoing feedback.
• Connect with fellow interns through engagement events and social impact opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Rising senior graduating in 2028 with a relevant undergraduate degree.
• Available to start with our June 2027 intern cohort for the full 10-week program.
• Strong grit and a learning mentality when faced with challenging projects, unfamiliar tools, and ambiguous problems.
• Willingness to innovate by exercising discernment, sound judgment, and creativity using limited information.
• Bias to action and an intrinsically motivated effort toward raising the bar through constant learning and improvement.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and the ability to generate creative ideas that create value for clients and teammates.
• Scrappy, tenacious, and self-motivated — a team player with no ego, a competitive spirit, and a good sense of humor.
• Passionate about working in a dynamic, fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Compensation:

Total Cash Compensation Range: $20 – $35 per hour

Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.
