Role Overview: Senior/Staff Talent Acquisition Partner

We are seeking a highly strategic and seasoned Senior/Staff Talent Acquisition Partner to join our lean, high-impact talent team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in defining and executing the comprehensive talent strategy across all business-critical functions within our diverse portfolio of AI-powered enterprise software companies. You will be responsible for proactively identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent and leadership across a wide spectrum of essential areas, including:

  • Go-To-Market (GTM): Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Business Development

  • Business Operations: Finance, Legal, Human Resources, General Operations, Strategy

  • Product & Design: Product Management, Product Marketing, User Experience (UX), User Interface (UI) Design

The ideal candidate possesses a demonstrated track record of success recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments, coupled with a deep understanding of the unique talent needs within the enterprise software sector. This role demands exceptional stakeholder partnership, strategic pipeline development, and a rigorously data-driven approach to building diverse and high-performing teams that fuel our portfolio companies' growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Talent Sourcing & Development: Architect and execute advanced, proactive sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and secure top-tier talent, including senior leadership, for all designated functions.

  • Consultative Partnership & Workforce Planning: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and executive leaders, deeply understanding business objectives and translating them into robust talent acquisition strategies and precise candidate profiles. Actively contribute to broader workforce planning initiatives.

  • Market Intelligence & Competitive Landscape: Conduct in-depth market research, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence to anticipate future talent needs, inform compensation strategies, and proactively identify emerging talent trends across the industry.

  • Elevated Candidate Experience & Engagement: Design and deliver an exceptional, high-touch candidate experience for both active and passive candidates, fostering strong relationships and representing SAI Group and its portfolio companies as an employer of choice.

  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Leadership: Champion and implement best practices for DEI in all aspects of the recruiting process, ensuring the development of diverse talent pipelines and fostering an inclusive hiring environment across all roles.

  • Data-Driven Optimization & Reporting: Leverage advanced analytics and reporting to continuously monitor and optimize recruiting performance. Provide actionable insights on pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and time-to-hire to drive strategic decision-making.

  • Recruiting Process Innovation & Excellence: Drive continuous improvement of recruiting processes, tools, and systems, implementing innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability across the entire talent acquisition function.

  • Mentorship & Best Practice Sharing: Potentially mentor junior recruiters or share best practices across the talent acquisition team, contributing to the overall growth and development of the function.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully placing senior-level and critical individual contributor roles across a broad range of business-critical functions (e.g., GTM, Operations, Product, Marketing, Finance, HR).

  • Strategic Sourcing Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in advanced sourcing methodologies, including Boolean logic, AI-powered tools, social media, professional networks, and alternative channels to uncover hard-to-find talent across diverse domains.

  • Broad Functional Acumen: Comprehensive understanding of various business functions and the ability to articulate complex role requirements to candidates across different disciplines.

  • Executive Presence & Influence: Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

  • Agility & Resilience: Demonstrated ability to thrive and adapt in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment with shifting priorities and ambitious hiring targets across multiple business units.

  • Analytical & Process-Driven: Highly organized with a strong aptitude for leveraging data and metrics to inform recruiting strategies, optimize processes, and deliver measurable results.
