User Experience (UX) Manager | Growth (Enterprise SaaS)
We are looking for a UX Manager or Sr. UX Manager to lead and mentor a global team of designers working on projects for our Growth group in Research and Development. This person will be responsible for managing a team of five UX designers and ensuring that the new functionality we release meets both business and user goals. The role reports to the VP of User Experience in our R&D organization.
The UX team consists of product designers and technical writers who are committed to helping our users create compelling product experiences. We use Figma to create designs using our design system, Habanero. In addition, we employ a set of tools to connect with current and potential customers both within and outside our product.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Directors of Engineering and Product Management to lead the Growth Group in the R&D organization.
- UX Strategy and Execution: Define and drive UX best practices, ensuring a seamless, user-centered design experience.
- Research and Design Operations: Implement efficient processes and tools to support a distributed design team that recruits its own users for the research it conducts.
- User Research & Data-Driven Design: Leverage data, research, and user feedback to demonstrate that design decisions are improving the user experience and driving business impact.

- Focusing on the business of e-commerce, specifically how brands and retailers collaborate to sell products online
- We pay market rates, which are competitive and equitable
- We pay based on performance and proficiency, not tenure
- We adjust proactively; when the market moves, we do too
