The Role

Salt XC is looking for a Project Manager to oversee the successful planning and delivery of a high-impact, large-scale event in 2026. In this role, you will serve as the central point of coordination for internal departments, partner agencies, and the client. You will be responsible for managing complex timelines, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring the seamless execution of all project components.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all project communications across internal teams and partner agencies.

  • Own and maintain detailed workback schedules that align with overall project milestones and deliverables.

  • Attend all project-related meetings and calls, document action items, and follow up to ensure accountability and progress.

  • Monitor internal deliverables across Accounts, Production, and Creative, ensuring deadlines are met.

  • Coordinate collaboration across a cross-functional team of 20+ members by scheduling meetings, setting agendas, and sharing consistent updates.

  • Manage client feedback and approvals, ensuring that all documentation is captured and deliverables are finalized in a timely manner.

  • Perform quality checks on all deliverables to ensure alignment with project goals and brand standards before client submission.


Qualifications

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification – required.

  • Proven experience managing large-scale events, conferences, or complex experiential marketing programs.

  • Strong technical proficiency with Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace.

  • Prior experience in an agency environment is highly preferred.

  • Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to perform in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with evolving priorities.
