COMPANY OVERVIEW:
We are an outsourced finance department/Fractional CFO Consulting firm looking to grow our current team. The successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle project-based accounting.

Reporting directly to the Sr. Finance Manager, you are responsible in supporting on the day-to-day activities related to full-cycle accounting. This includes working on accounts receivable, accounts payable and project reconciliations. In addition, you will be an administrator on various finance platforms.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Efficiently manage bookkeeping and accounting processes to establish a solid foundation for effective financial management.

  • Take charge of full cycle accounting tasks, including credit card reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Skillfully handle project reconciliation management, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

  • Oversee the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, maintaining smooth operations.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.


EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • Preferably hold an Accounting/Finance designation, although it is not a mandatory requirement.

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

  • Show utmost discretion in handling sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality both internally and externally.

  • Demonstrate unwavering commitment to accuracy, meticulous attention to detail, and effective follow-through in all tasks.

  • Exhibit exceptional written and oral communication skills, with confidence in presenting information to key stakeholders.

  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, displaying a proactive mindset and a willingness to drive positive change, while understanding the unique challenges faced by small businesses.
