ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Creator Manager, you will lead the execution and day-to-day management of creator and influencer programs across a portfolio of clients. You are a highly organized, platform-savvy operator who brings structure to complex programs while ensuring content is engaging, on-brief, and performance-driven.

You will act as a key connector between creators, clients, and internal teams—translating strategy into execution, managing relationships, and ensuring programs are delivered to a high standard. This role requires a balance of hands-on execution, strategic thinking, and team support, with a strong focus on driving measurable outcomes through creator marketing.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Creator Partnership & Influencer Strategy

  • Support the development and execution of creator and influencer strategies aligned to client objectives, target audiences, and campaign goals.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard creators that align with brand fit, platform relevance, and performance potential.
  • Build and maintain strong day-to-day relationships with creators, talent managers, and partners.
  • Manage creator communications, negotiations, and deliverables, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and alignment.
  • Provide input into partnership approaches, helping optimize creator selection and engagement strategies based on performance and learnings.

Campaign Execution & Operations

  • Manage end-to-end execution of creator campaigns, from briefing and onboarding through to content delivery, approvals, and reporting.
  • Own timelines, workbacks, and deliverables across multiple campaigns, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Oversee budgets, contracts, payment processes, and financial tracking for creator programs.
  • Utilize and maintain the creator tech stack, ensuring accurate data management and efficient workflows.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance team efficiency and program delivery.
  • Support and guide junior team members, providing direction, feedback, and hands-on coaching.

Platform & Trend Fluency

  • Maintain a strong understanding of social platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), including formats, trends, and best practices.
  • Monitor and share emerging trends, creators, and platform updates that can inform campaign strategies.
  • Apply platform knowledge to guide creator selection, content formats, and campaign approaches.
  • Collaborate with media teams to support paid amplification (e.g., whitelisting, boosting) aligned to campaign KPIs.
  • Continuously build platform expertise and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

Content & Engagement Strategy

  • Support the development of content strategies that are platform-native, engaging, and aligned with brand voice.
  • Guide creators on content direction, ensuring outputs are authentic, on-brief, and optimized for performance.
  • Review and provide feedback on content to ensure quality, consistency, and effectiveness.
  • Align content outputs with campaign objectives and KPIs, ensuring clarity on success metrics.
  • Analyze performance data and contribute insights to optimize future content and engagement strategies.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • 3–5 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, or digital/social campaign management.
  • Hands-on experience managing creator campaigns from strategy through execution and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of the influencer landscape, platforms, and creator economy dynamics.
  • Experience with influencer tools, platform ad managers, and campaign reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Strong communication and relationship management skills, with confidence working with clients and creators.
  • Experience managing budgets, contracts, and campaign logistics.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and support team development.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented thinker with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
