Account Executive
Role
Samaya is building the first Expert Intelligence platform for Financial Services. Our users create teams of AI agents that supercharge financial research, discovery and analysis. We’re a high growth, world class AI team seeing incredible product traction with leading financial institutions.
Join our early GTM team and help spearhead Samaya’s growth in financial services. You’ll play a pivotal role in defining the sales playbook, identifying new opportunities and closing high value deals. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values initiative, velocity and outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing
- Develop strategies to engage new clients as well as expanding and strengthening relationships with existing accounts
- Work closely with users and executives at major financial institutions and help them leverage Samaya’s AI for competitive advantage
- Identify key opportunities, build a strategic pipeline, and influence key stakeholders for enterprise adoption
- Effectively demonstrate Samaya’s capabilities in high impact product demonstrations
- Work closely with product and AI teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes
- Provide valuable insights on customer needs, competitive positioning, and industry trends to help refine our go-to-market strategy and product roadmap
Experience
- 4+ years in experience in Enterprise Sales
- Strong experience in enterprise software sales, ideally in financial services. (Familiarity with hedge funds, banks, asset management firms is a bonus)
- A consistent history of exceeding sales targets and contributing to a winning, high-performance culture
- Ability to articulate complex ideas in simple, compelling ways through presentations, pitches, and written communication
- Willing to take ownership and with a natural curiosity and drive to learn, adapt, and innovate in a fast-moving AI industry
- Skilled in using data and market insights to guide sales strategies and optimize pipeline management
- Strong ability to connect with and influence decision-makers, from portfolio managers to C-suite executives
Compensation
The cash compensation range for this role is $115,000 - $150,000.
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
In addition to the base salary, you'll receive a generous commission plan with unlimited earning potential. Equity may also be considered as part of the overall compensation package.

Expert knowledge work drives trillions of dollars of economic activity. Teams of human experts painstakingly synthesize insights and drive decisions from vast volumes of noisy, real-time information. For examples, in financial services, expert analysts hone in on and use key economic insights to inform high-stake investment decisions.
