Debt Management Executive

Summary: As a Debt Management Executive at Navi, located in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in supporting Trezo customers in managing their dues. You will engage with customers directly, offer suitable repayment solutions, and ensure timely payments while adhering to legal and company standards. Your efforts will contribute significantly to Trezo's portfolio health and collection efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively contact customers to remind them of upcoming installment due dates.
• Follow up with customers who have missed their EMI payments.
• Clearly communicate the implications of delayed or missed payments to customers.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, fair-practice codes, and company standards in every customer interaction.
• Maintain accurate call records and dispositions.
• Meet defined collection goals.

Required Skills:

• Fluency in Tamil/Telugu/Kannada, with a strong command of English.
• Minimum qualification: 10th or 12th pass (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic proficiency in using the internet, search engines, and dialer/CRM tools.
• Strong observation skills and a professional, presentable demeanor.
