The site spans 1,200+ acres and the first phase of development will have 4.7 million square feet of floor space consisting of a cluster of semiconductor manufacturing buildings such as a fab, office, parking garage, central utility building, and special utility supply facilities. The Taylor facility will boost the production of semiconductor solutions that will power next-generation technologies in areas like 5G, artificial intelligence (AI) and high performance computing.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Work as part of the Advanced Node Process Integration team to provide Process Integration for products in a high volume production environment as well as optimization of newer products introduced exclusively at SAS. The Process Integration Technology Development (Pl TD) team is focused on incoming technology transfer, product optimization, new product introductions, yield improvement, process margin improvement and performance enhancement. Responsible for critical or complex steps/layers in the Metal Gate & Contact module fabrication process. Lead projects related to incoming technology transfer, process development, new product introduction, yield improvement, cost reduction, cycle time reductions and other key performance indicator improvements. Design, execute, and analyze experiments related to the process integration including technology transfer, product optimization, and performance enhancement, among others. Use software to analyze data including statistical analysis and consult with leadership team on experimental results in order to make decisions about large-scale changes for the business. Lead and participate in Task Force Teams as needed. Use strong expertise in technology domain to support Change Point Management Plans. Communicate technical information effectively to leadership through presentations to business stakeholders. (Multiple Openings)

Skills and Qualifications:
Education, Training, Certification(s) and Minimum years of experience required
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
Requires 36 months of experience involving the following:
1. Statistical analysis;
2. Process optimization and integration;
3. Semiconductor fabrication knowledge;
4. New product introductions; and
5. Yield and reliability analysis.
