Position Summary:
The Senior Product Manager will work closely with internal teams, including business development, engineering, and design, to define requirements and roadmaps. This is a unique opportunity to lead one or more of our advanced Knox enterprise mobility offerings focused on AI/ML, productivity, and security. The ideal candidate will own and drive product roadmaps, strategy, and execution of intelligent mobile solutions for large enterprises.
Position Responsibilities:
- Drive and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for advancing Samsung Knox Enterprise solutions that leverage AI/ML to enhance productivity, security, and user experience
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX, data science, security, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
- Define clear requirements and user stories with a strong focus on enterprise user personas, security, performance, and compliance
- Partner closely with data scientists and AI/ML teams to define and implement intelligent features such as context-aware automation, predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and on-device machine learning models
- Collaborate with industry-leading ecosystem partners, including mobile OS platforms, UEM platforms, security solutions platforms, ISVs, system integrators, and managed service providers, to identify and validate opportunities for Samsung to innovate and increase device market share.
- Understand the Android ecosystem, including device management frameworks (e.g., Android Enterprise) and OS-level capabilities
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities
- Engage with key enterprise customers and partners to gather feedback and validate product direction
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure robust GTM plans and successful product launches
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for both internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate customer obsession by championing user experience with deep customer empathy.
Required Skills:
- Engineering degree in EE, CS, or similar (Masters or MBA preferred) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise mobility or related fields
- Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-enabled features in mobile apps or devices, ideally within enterprise environments
- Experience collaborating with AI/ML engineering teams and understanding model lifecycle management (training, deployment, performance monitoring)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure) and on-device AI technologies (e.g., TensorFlow Lite, Core ML, Android ML Kit) is desired
- Working knowledge of IT Admin needs for enterprise device deployment & management is desired
- Working knowledge of SecOps needs for endpoint security management is desired
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build excellent user experience and lead/present small group or executive-level discussions
- Able to travel internationally (<25%)
Base Pay Range
$179,200 - $246,150 USD
