What You’ll Do

This position is responsible for shaping business strategy, developing plans, analyzing data, and aligning goals to achieve the company's objectives. Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and market research experience are essential

Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose HQ 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time 

  • Understand the Semiconductor industry and shape the company’s strategy and mission. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of data sources. Creates and updates comprehensive industry, competitor and customer models including, but not limited to, market share, growth projections and trends, and market forces.
  • Support to prepare materials that are shared across the business organization to address urgent internal and external tasks and to support executives' management activities.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to keep track of revenue including pre-closing, and process accounting operations which include AP, budget, and etc.
  • Support planning team to collaborate with other teams to plan and coordinate top management visits as well as business trip materials.
  • Work with internal teams to provide creative support to key creative and marketing projects, whether for an internal or external team to create documents that promote a brand, deliver or confirm a message, explain a service or product, and add value to the MS Office suite.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.
  • Bilingual in Korean (Speaking and Written communication)
  • Minimum 3-5+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Proficient with computer software programs including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook

The pay range below is for all roles at this level across all US locations and functions. Individual pay rates depend on a number of factors—including the role’s function and location, as well as the individual’s knowledge, skills, experience, education, and training.

Base Pay Range

$35 - $45 USD
