What You’ll Do

Sales Operations Specialist will support sales managers on various accounts, communicate with customers and internal teams to answer questions and resolve issues. Track and manage orders, verify pricing, work with Logistics to arrange deliveries. Monitor accounts receivable, process RMA’s, sample requests and create invoices for certain accounts as needed.

You will learn foundry business and working in a sales organization for support. 

Location: Onsite at our San Jose headquarters 5 days a week with an average of 10% travel per year.

  • Support local sales managers, HQ and customers - answer questions, resolve any sales operation related issues.
  • Work closely with internal teams & customer’s operations teams to understand & align on the impact of scheduling issues and identify/recommend mitigation plans and alternative solutions.
  • Track and manage open orders including expedite orders, verify pricing, work with HQ to ensure product is stocked and shipped according to schedule, monitor billing progress.
  • Process RMA requests and sales billing adjustments.    
  • Set up new accounts with required documents and maintain existing customers with latest account information on ship to locations, incoterm, and etc.
  • Monitor credit limit and accounts receivable and resolve credit issues with customers and Samsung’s credit department.
  • Prepare & maintain sales related reports and provide requested reports to appropriate teams as needed.
  • Able to provide back-up support to co-workers on PTOs/weekends/holidays on rare occasions
  • Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors of Arts or Science Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline with 0+ years experience with sales operations process, logistics, and inventory management.  Relevant Semiconductor experience a PLUS!
  • 1-2 years’ experience B2B sales support, account management, or client services experience preferred.
  • Strong proficiency with office software including PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
  • Experience in SAP for Sales Operations a plus.

Base Pay Range

$32.15 - $40.92 USD
