What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, test new features to improve functionality, usability and performance of Samsung SSD Value Kit (SVK) software.
Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose, CA headquarters 3 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time
Reports to: Sr. Manager, SW Dev. Infrastructure
- Implement features in SSD Value Kit software, a highly scalable infrastructure software to support multiple feature and Samsung hardware.
- Design and add features/plugins to effectively use the Samsung hardware providing value to customers.
- Work closely with the team to design/develop new features or add new modules.
- Attend daily standups, update the JIRA tasks assigned to them and send out weekly status reports.
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned as part of the project.
What You Bring
- Bachelor/Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Architecture or related field.
- Strong software engineering skills with efficient, maintainable and testable Golang/C/C++ and Python is required.
- Experience in storage system and/or database software design & development, debug.
- Understanding on GPU, Memory, AI/ML models & their working, is a plus.
- Good working knowledge of the Linux Operating System and File Systems
- Understanding of cluster and distributed systems is preferred.

Hourly Base Pay Rate
$28 - $62 USD
