Role Overview

As the Chief Product Officer (CPO) & Co-Founder, you will lead the development and optimization of Kilow’s digital platform, with a specific focus on enhancing user retention and engagement. Leveraging your expertise in A/B testing and data-driven strategies, you will drive innovation in the product lifecycle to ensure Kilow’s solutions are effective, intuitive, and user-centric. Key Responsibilities

Product Leadership

• Define and execute Kilow’s product vision, strategy, and roadmap to deliver a world-class digital health experience.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and clinical teams to develop and launch features that improve user retention and outcomes.
• Own the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, with a focus on continuous improvement based on user feedback and data insights.

User Retention & Optimization

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance user retention and engagement, ensuring that users consistently achieve their weight loss goals.
• Leverage A/B testing to experiment with and validate product changes, driving measurable improvements in key metrics such as retention, conversion, and satisfaction.

Experementation & Data-Driven Insights

• Analyze user behavior and product performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
• Build frameworks for tracking, measuring, and reporting product KPIs to guide strategic decisions.
• Make business decisions based on experimentation and data outcomes.

Customer-Centric Focus

• Advocate for the user at every stage of product development, ensuring solutions are empathetic, intuitive, and aligned with Kilow’s mission to empower individuals.
• Gather and prioritize feedback from users, internal stakeholders, and healthcare partners to refine and improve the product.

Team Leadership

• Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing product team as the company scales.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the product organization.

Partnership Development

• Collaborate with external partners, including healthcare providers and regulators, to integrate Kilow’s platform with the broader healthcare ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proven Product Expertise: 8+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a digital health, consumer tech, or SaaS environment.
• Retention and Engagement Focus: Strong track record of improving user retention and engagement through product-led initiatives.
• A/B Testing Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in designing, executing, and interpreting A/B tests to optimize user experiences.
• Data-Driven Mindset: Deep understanding of product analytics, with experience leveraging data to drive decisions and outcomes. Live and breathe data. 
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment with a strong sense of ownership and initiative. Previous startup experience. 

Computer Science background 

• Collaborative Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams and working closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders.
• Customer Obsession: Passion for creating products that solve real problems and delight users.
• Healthcare Experience (Preferred): Background in digital health is a strong plus.
