Role Overview

We’re seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Senior Technical engineer  to lead Kliq’s product development and execution. As our first technical hire, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the product roadmap, building the tech infrastructure, and scaling the platform to meet our growth ambitions.

This role is ideal for a hands-on leader passionate about startups, eager to build from the ground up, and ready to make a significant impact in the creator economy.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

- Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end development of the platform, ensuring a scalable, secure, and user-friendly experience.  Rewrite the existing product from scratch.

- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing tech team as the company grows.

- Integration Management: Oversee and optimize integrations with OpenAI, Zapier (Hubspot & WhatsApp notifications), Timelines AI and future third-party services.

- Innovation & Scalability: Identify opportunities to enhance platform performance, introduce new features, and ensure scalability.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the founding team on product vision, strategy, and market fit.

- Startup Agility: Embrace a lean, agile development approach to iterate quickly based on user feedback and market needs.

 

Qualifications and Skills

Experience & Technical Expertise:

- Proven experience as an experienced engineer, part of a founding engineering team, or similar leadership role in a startup environment.

- Strong background in full-stack development and architecture design. Using AI tools as appropriate to speed up execution

- Experience with building and scaling SaaS or marketplace platforms.

- Familiarity with API integrations, especially with tools like OpenAI, Zapier, and CRM systems.

- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, security best practices, and data privacy.

- Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms and their limitations.
