As we scale, we need a Finance & Operations Manager to take charge of financial management, legal matters, contract oversight, and governance.

About the Role

This is a multi-functional, hands-on role for someone who thrives in an early-stage environment and enjoys building structure from the ground up. You’ll work directly with the CEO, ensuring that our financial, legal, and operational foundations are solid as we scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Finance Management: Oversee budgeting, cash flow, expense tracking, payroll management, and financial reporting.
• Legal & Compliance: Handle contract management, regulatory compliance, tax filing coordination, and legal coordination.
• Company Incorporation & Governance: Manage entity setup, board meetings, investor relations, and reporting.
• Operational Efficiency: Support key administrative and financial processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in finance, legal, or business operations in a startup, VC-backed company, or similar setting.
• Ability to structure financial processes, manage contracts, and oversee governance.
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Sharp problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
