Corporate Facilitator
Sandler is seeking a Corporate Facilitator to support our Enterprise Division clients in developing and refining their sales skills and knowledge by facilitating and delivering Sandler's training systems and programs. You will assist with defining client requirements and architecting training solutions. You will report to the Head of Client Success & Client Delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate and deliver the Sandler Selling, Enterprise, and or Leadership Systems and supporting Programs
- Conduct informative and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars for Enterprise Clients
- Help plan, build, and execute client training curricula, materials, detailed presentations, videos, and other supporting micro-learnings.
- Achieve expected client training satisfaction results.
- Serve as the product owner or support other product owners for Sandler’s training systems or programs, helping define and build the curriculum, materials and supporting micro-learnings.
- In partnership with the Customer Success partners, lead account penetration, management, and expansion efforts for a defined client base.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required, Advanced Degree a plus.
- 3 + years of Sandler training and facilitation experience required.
- 3+ years of experience as a Facilitator/Trainer delivering in-person and virtual sales training programs to large groups of participants
- Experience with developing, delivering, and enhancing training programs.
- Knowledge of and experience within the training and development industry, as well as cutting-edge training techniques and trends.
- Ability to effectively articulate and communicate with large groups, managing time and resources to a defined run-of-show schedule.
- Experienced in leveraging video conference, polling, gamification, and interactive software to facilitate training sessions.
- Strong background as a sales professional, selling, managing the sales process, meeting quota, and executing defined sales processes.
- Experience leading and managing program development and roll-out efforts is strongly preferred.
- Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to effectively work within a fast-paced, live training environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to work across all levels and functions both internally and with client teams.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Must have a dedicated, professional remote workspace free from distractions, equipped with reliable high-speed internet to support seamless virtual facilitation and communication.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
While performing the responsibilities of this position, the employee is required to be stationary for long periods of time and may spend long periods of time in meetings and talking with clients. Several hours each day can be spent in front of a computer screen or a learner audience. The employee is occasionally required to reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel and crouch. Close vision and fine motor skills for computer are needed.
Pay Range
$60,000 - $95,000 USD
