How you’ll do it
Because how we do things matters just as much as what we do at Trilliad, our Leadership Principles should act as a compass directing the everyday behavior of every teammate across the organization:
Growth Obsessed. For our business, our clients, and our Selves. |
Create Client Value. Become irreplaceable |
Business is Personal. Cultivate relationships. Make space for connection. Care about each other. |
Tighten-Up. Focus, discipline, and rigor count. |
Lighten-Up. Humor and laughter deepen bonds. |
Strategy Without Execution Is Just Dreaming. Hope is not a strategy. Vision matters—so does execution. |
You Have the Ball. Be accountable. Take action. Go the distance. |
Be One Team. No lone wolves. Have each other’s back and help each other out. |
Run Towards Problems. Symptoms signal deeper causes. Find the root. |
Raise The Bar. Good is the enemy of great. Better never stops—be a Difference-Maker! |
Have the Hard Conversation. Be direct and empathetic. Speak the truth, kindly. Feedback is a gift. |
Confusion Is a Choice. Stay curious—Seek to understand. Share context—seek to be understood. |
Celebrate Results. Make recognition a habit. Shine a light on what’s working, big or small. |
The Journey Matters. Meaningful work takes time. Be patient. Think: the next 90 days and the next 10 years. |
Think “We” not “Me.” Prioritize what’s best for the business, the team, and the journey. |

The following domain-specific Skills, Knowledge, and Experience are additionally required in order for you to be great in this role.
Domain-specific skills
- Strategic program architecture — You design the structure, governance, and operational logic of enablement programs that must scale across a distributed franchise network, requiring you to anticipate adoption barriers and build systems that work in varied franchise contexts
- Enablement systems design and operationalization — You translate strategic intent into repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and tools that franchise teams can execute consistently, which determines whether organizational strategy becomes operational reality or remains aspirational
- Cross-functional influence without authority — You shape decisions and secure alignment across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership teams in a distributed environment where you have no direct control, requiring you to build credibility through expertise and commercial grounding
- Organizational alignment and change enablement — You identify misalignment between leadership priorities and franchise execution, then design interventions that close those gaps and improve adoption of strategic initiatives across the organization
- Performance measurement and optimization — You define what success looks like for enablement programs, monitor adoption and impact metrics, and use that data to strengthen program design and organizational effectiveness over time
- Executive communication and facilitation — You translate complex program architecture into clear strategic narratives for senior stakeholders, and facilitate cross-functional alignment conversations that determine how enterprise initiatives are prioritized and resourced
- Systems thinking and operational optimization — You see how enablement programs interact with broader organizational systems, identify leverage points where small design changes create disproportionate impact, and continuously strengthen program effectiveness based on that understanding
- Decision-making under ambiguity and complexity — You make program design and prioritization decisions when stakeholder needs conflict, data is incomplete, and organizational context is shifting, requiring you to balance strategic intent with operational pragmatism
Domain-Specific Knowledge
- Strategic enablement and operational excellence principles — You must understand how enablement programs drive organizational performance so that the frameworks and systems you design are grounded in what actually improves execution, not just what looks structured
- Organizational design and scalable program development — You need to know how distributed organizations adopt and execute strategic initiatives so that the programs you architect account for franchise variability, resource constraints, and adoption dynamics
- Commercial drivers impacting organizational performance and growth — You must understand what drives franchise revenue, profitability, and client retention so that enablement programs are aligned to business outcomes, not just operational activity
- Business performance measurement and KPI development — You need to know how to define meaningful success metrics for enablement programs so that you can demonstrate impact, identify improvement opportunities, and secure continued investment in strategic initiatives
- Distributed and franchise-based operating environments — You must understand how franchise networks operate, how decisions are made, and how enablement programs are adopted across semi-autonomous business units so that the systems you design work in that context
Domain-specific experience
- 7+ years leading strategic enablement, transformation, or operational excellence initiatives in complex organizational environments, with direct accountability for program design, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business impact
- Experience designing and scaling programs across distributed, franchise, or multi-unit business environments where you had to account for variability in execution capability, resource availability, and local market context
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to secure alignment and adoption of strategic initiatives without formal authority, demonstrating your ability to build credibility through expertise and commercial grounding
- Experience translating organizational strategy into operational execution by designing frameworks, playbooks, and governance structures that teams could adopt and execute consistently
- Experience improving adoption, consistency, and organizational performance across complex systems by analyzing performance data, identifying root causes of execution gaps, and implementing targeted interventions
- Experience leading initiatives requiring both strategic planning and hands-on execution, demonstrating your ability to operate at the intersection of program architecture and operational delivery
