Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday with Evening Hours
Compensation: $57,500–$68,000/year (Based on License & Experience) + $5,000 Hiring Bonus

 


 
Sandstone Care is hiring a Mental Health Therapist to join our Outpatient Program in Colorado Springs, CO, serving teens and young adults navigating mental health and substance use challenges. What You’ll Do:

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities
  • Collaborate with clients and families to develop personalized treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation that meets insurance and organizational standards
  • Participate in utilization reviews and advocate for client care with insurance providers
  • Actively engage in program development and performance improvement initiatives
  • Help mentor and support a collaborative team of clinical professionals
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and community partners

 

 

 

Who You Are:

  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or a related field (Required)
  • Active Colorado license or provisional license: LPC, LPCC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT, MFTC
  • 3+ years of experience working with clients ages 13–30 in a behavioral health setting (detox, residential, PHP, or IOP preferred)
  • Passionate about providing high-quality, trauma-informed care
  • Organized, communicative, and committed to a collaborative approach
