Part Time Housing Support Staff | Men's Transitional Living

Sandstone Care is hiring for part time Housing Staff to support clients living at our Men's transitional living house in Denver!
Our transitional living program supports male identifying young adult clients who are in outpatient treatment at Sandstone Care. Our team provides a balance of structure and accountability while guiding them to develop the life skills for freedom, growth, and long term recovery. This is an ideal position for someone who is passionate about recovery and understand the struggles and victory that come through the process.
Position Overview: This position will provide transportation for PHP clients from the Denver Clinical office to the men's home, and provide supervision of the clients until relieved by a House Manager. Using a Sandstone vehicle, pick up the PHP clients at 5pm and make sure every client is accounted for. Once back at Rally Point, keep watch for any suspicious or dangerous activities or behavior. Provide recovery and/ or life skills support for clients as needed. Remain at the house until 10pm when Housing staff returns. (Fridays 8pm.) This position requires collaboration and communication with House Managers and outpatient therapists.
Schedule: Part Time | Monday to Friday | 5:00pm to 10:00pm (Fridays until 8:00pm)

Position Requirements:
- Must have a clean driving record with no significant infractions in the last 3 years
- Must have previous experience working in the substance use and mental health field
- Must have previous experience supporting others in recovery and in crisis
