Position Title: Clinical Supervisor and Trainer
Location: Remote (CO/IL/VA/MD preferred)
Compensation: $80,000-100,000 Annual Salary (dependent on experience)
Sandstone Care is seeking an experienced Clinical Supervisor and Trainer to lead, mentor, and train therapists across our programs. This remote position is ideal for a skilled clinical leader who is passionate about enhancing care quality, driving innovation, and fostering professional growth in a collaborative, evidence-based environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise & Mentor: Provide clinical coaching and supervision to therapists, ensuring high standards of care across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Lead Training Initiatives: Develop, deliver, and maintain training programs for onboarding and ongoing skill development, using our Learning Management System.
- Drive Excellence: Conduct performance improvement initiatives, ensure documentation compliance, and facilitate case consultations to uphold regulatory standards.
- Support Teams: Identify training needs, deliver live online sessions, and guide teams in emergent clinical situations.
- Champion Quality: Conduct audits to ensure services align with organizational policies and high-quality standards.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in behavioral health sciences.
- Current clinical social work license with supervisor credentials.
- At least 5 years of clinical experience, including age-specific care (13–30 years).
- Expertise in substance abuse treatment, with experience in detox, residential, or outpatient care.
- Strong knowledge of treatment plans, LOCUS and ASAM criteria, and clinical documentation.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record in supervision, training, and process improvement.
